About the Role
Provide behavioral support to children with autism or developmental disabilities by implementing behavior plans, teaching communication and social skills, tracking progress, and helping children and young adults develop positive behaviors and daily living skills.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED (or equivalent, depending on employer).
Complete required RBT training.
Pass a competency assessment.
Pass the RBT certification exam.
Complete a background check.
Have patience, communication skills, and the ability to work with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
