About the Role
Implement personalized 1:1 in-home promoting independence and personal growth. Conduct sessions designed to deliver stimulation, joy, and emotional support.
Manage participants' medical and personal care needs, including assistance with bathroom use, changing of adult diapers, and assistance with feeding while collaborating with family members or support staff.
Foster a positive environment
Maintain detailed progress notes on participant goals, ensuring individualized care.
Serve as an advocate and positive role model for the individuals you support.
Requirements
Must Have:
Valid CA driver's license.
Good driving record.
At least 1 year of previous caregiving experienc
